- Rental Vacancy rates – we like areas with under 1.5% vacancy rates
- Proximity to Schools, Transport, Major shopping centres
- Proximity to employment
- Suitability to dual income residential development from a construction perspective
- Suitability to dual income housing from a legislative perspective

These five-year property Investment Analysis (PIA) reports cover all aspects of deductions, yield, growth, tax, cash flow, cost etc to offer a complete view of the Return on Investment (ROI) offered by each property before any decisions are made.
