Quick Housing Solutions (“QHS”) is an Australian owned and operated business based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
QHS is passionate about providing positively geared housing solutions and believe that everyone is entitled to live in an affordable home. After seeing the rental crisis first-hand in parts of Australia, and in particular Sydney, it has become evident that the shortage of affordable housing must be addressed.
The crisis in Sydney has made it more difficult for low income earners, families, the elderly and students to find affordable accommodation. QHS have identified an investment opportunity which will also serve to address these problems in the Sydney Metropolitan area by sourcing quality housing products that are quick to build, affordable, and with a focus on the Granny Flat and Modular Housing market.
In 2009, the NSW Government released a policy allowing all residential home-owners with a block larger than 450sqm and a 12 metre plus frontage, to be granted approval to build a Modular Home (Granny Flat) on their property. John is a renowned Taxation and Investment expert and helps QHS clients optimise their returns from property investments by ensuring that all key aspects such as growth, yield, deductions and structuring are aligned to safely achieve portfolio goals in the fastest possible time-frame. CHRIS WAKEFORD –REAL ESTATE LICENSEE – With over 30 years successful property development experience, and In partnership with Nick Loan, Chris leads our property sourcing and analysis team. ERIC CARLES – HEAD OF CLIENT SERVICE – Eric brings over 20 years of international sales and marketing experience to the team. He has completed several residential developments and sub-divisions and is a licensed real estate sales agent in Western Australia.
